Integrating JazzHR with Logi-Serve

JazzHR is proud to partner with Logi-Serve to streamline your candidate assessment process through their world-class, turn-key assessments platform, OnDemand.

Integrate JazzHR with Logi-Serve to start sending and receiving the market's most accurate candidate assessments right from the Assessments tab of the Candidate Profile.

To integrate JazzHR with Logi-Serve:

Set up the Integration

First, navigate to JazzHR to locate and copy your API Key.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Locate and copy the JazzHR API key.

Once you have your unique JazzHR API Key, login to Logi-Serve:

  1. Select the Integrations tab.
  2. Locate JazzHR and click Connect Now. 
  3. Paste your unique JazzHR API Key and click Save.

Saving the JazzHR API Key will generate a Logi-Serve API Token. Copy the Logi-Serve API Token and navigate back to JazzHR.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Scroll down to the Logi-Serve block.
  4. Click More Details.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. Paste your Logi-Serve API Token.
  7. Click Save Credentials.

Once you have the integration set up, you can start sending Logi-Serve assessments.

Send Logi-Serve from the Candidate Profile

Navigate to the Candidate Profile:

  1. Click the Assessments tab.
  2. Scroll to the Logi-Serve section and click Send Logi-Serve.
  3. Select the appropriate Logi-Serve test from the "Select Test" drop-down.
  4. Enter a Subject Line and Email Body. Note that the link to the assessment will be appended to the bottom of the message.
  5. Click Send Logi-Serve

Add Logi-Serve as a Workflow Helper

Add Logi-Serve into your job-specific Workflow to automate blind candidate screening.  To add Logi-Serve as a Workflow Helper:

  1. Go to Jobs.
  2. Select the Job on which you want to send a Logi-Serve assessment.
  3. Click Edit Job. 
  4. Click the Workflow tab.
  5. Find the stage on which you'd like the Logi-Serve assessment sent out. 
  6. Click Add.
  7. Select Assessment from the drop-down.
  8. Select the email template you'd like to be included with the Logi-Serve assessment.
  9. Select a specific assessment from the "Assessment to Send" drop-down.
  10. Click Add Assessment.

Note this must be done at the job level. You will not be able to add a Workflow Helper on a WorkflowTemplate.

Once you add any candidate(s) into this stage, you'll be prompted to send the Logi-Serve assessment.

Candidates will receive invitations with a link to complete the assessment appended at the bottom.

View Logi-Serve Results

Once a candidate has completed the test, a summary of his/her results will be stored on the Assessments tab of the Candidate Profile.

Click View Details to view results.
