Confirm Candidate Consent

Each candidate you text from JazzHR must be opted-in to receive text messages.

Candidates can opt-in proactively by confirming they'd like to receive texts when they apply to your job(s) by checking the box next to "I consent to be contacted over SMS/Text for this job."

Note: that this box will be checked by default and only appear on the JazzHR-hosted Responsive Layout, not on job board partners.

Candidates who haven't proactively opted-in must be manually opted-in from their Candidate Profile in JazzHR.

Note that only Administrators on the account can manually opt-in candidates.

Once you've confirmed a candidate is willing to receive texts, click Manual Opt-In from the "Texting" section on his/her profile.

Note that you can click Manual Opt-Out at any point to remove the ability to reach the candidate(s) by text message.
