Integrating JazzHR with Wonderlic

JazzHR is proud to partner with Wonderlic to enhance and streamline your candidate screening process.

Wonderlic offers a pre-employment testing solution that helps to assess and rank potential employees through "Wonscore" tests. Made up of three separate tests (Cognitive Ability, Motivation, Personality) that result in a single "Wonscore," these assessments provide a simple comparison of candidates. Learn more about Wonscore here.

Integrate JazzHR with Wonderlic to start sending and receiving Wonscore tests right from the Assessments tab of the Candidate Profile.

Send Wonscore as Workflow Helper

Add Wonscore tests into your job-specific Workflow directly to automate the sending of assessments to candidates. To add a Wonscore test as a Workflow Helper:

  1. Go to Jobs.
  2. Select the Job on which you want to send a Wonscore assessment.
  3. Click Edit Job.
  4. Navigate to the Workflow tab.
  5. Find the stage on which you'd like the Wonscore assessment sent out.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Select Assessment from the drop-down.
  8. Select the email template you'd like to be included with the Wonscore test.
  9. Select Wonscore from the "Assessment Provider" drop-down.
  10. Select a specific test from the "Assessment to Send" drop-down.
  11. Click Add Assessment.

Note this must be done at the job level. You will not be able to add a Wonscore Workflow Helper on a Workflow Template. Assessment Workflow Helpers are job-specific because Wonscore assessments are linked on a job-by-job basis.
