To set up the integration in JazzHR:

Enter Your credentials

From JazzHR:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Scroll down to the Candidate Export Integrations block.
  4. Click Add Integration.
  5. Enter "" into the Integration Name section
  6. Enter your Integration [webhook] URL - If you already have a account, reach out to your implementations manager to obtain this. If you don't have an account, sign up for free and a rep will reach out to you directly with these.
  7. Click Save.



Set up Export Workflow Helpers

Once your account is integrated, you're able to start collecting candidate information. In order to take full advantage of the WOTC tax credit program you will want to follow these steps to add the WOTC export to each of your Active Workflows:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Workflows.
  3. Click on the Title of the Workflow you want to edit.
  4. On the New Stage, click the Add button.
  5. Select Send to from the drop-down.

    This will automatically export the information of any candidate who applies to the job to where a pre-certification questionnaire form will be sent out to the candidate. The information provided in this questionnaire is intended to help your team pre-determine which candidates will be eligible for WOTC credits. 
  6. Scroll down to the Hired Dispositions
  7. Click the Add button next to each Hired Disposition. 
  8. Select Send to from the drop-down.

    This will automatically export the candidate to again with the date they were moved into the Workflow Stage as their Hired Date. 

In order to export the candidate to simply move them through your Workflow as usual. The Workflow Helpers will trigger the candidate exports as you move them into the designated Workflow Stages. 

Manually Export a Candidate to

Although you shouldn't, if you ever need to manually export a candidate to, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Candidates Profile.
  2. Click the down arrow at the top of their profile.
  3. Select Export Candidate.
  4. Select from the drop-down.
