Changing Your Password

  1. Click on your Initials in the app located in the top right.
  2. Click My Profile.
  3. Scroll down and click Change Password.
  4. Enter current and new password.
  5. Verify new password.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Profile.

Resetting Your Forgotten Password

  1. Click on forgot password on the login page and then you will be directed to enter your email address.

CResetting a Password for Another User

Note: Only Owner/Admins can do this. If that is not an option, use the method above to have the user reset his/her own password, or contact support for further assistance.

  1. Click People.
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the user's name whose password you are updating.
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Click Change Password
  5. Enter/confirm the new password.
  6. Click Change Password
  7. Click Save Profile.

Password Expiration

Owners have the ability to require users to reset their passwords after a specified number of days.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Click on Privileges.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Enter the number of days before a user's password will expire into the box in the Password Expiration section.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Password Requirements

Jazz passwords must be between 7-30 characters. Passwords are case-sensitive. Acceptable characters are as follows:

  • Alphabetical
  • Numerical
  • _ ? ~ ` - * & ^ $ @ ! % #
