Each JazzHR user has a customizable profile, which they can manage and customize.
Account Owners and Super Admins can also manage the Account Information and Billing and Invoices section.

Initials Dropdown
All users can access their My Profile section by clicking their initials on the top right-hand side of the main navigation and then clicking My Profile.
Super Admins and Account Owners will also see options for "Account Information" and "Update Billing Information."
All users have an option to Sign Out.
My Profile
Click My Profile from the dropdown to view your personal user profile. From this page you can:
- Update your personal information (e.g. name, email address, password)
- Adjust your notification settings
- Update your email signature
- Connect personal integrations
Note that this section can also be accessed by searching for a person's profile from the People page of JazzHR. Super Admins can also manage profile information, including Recruiting Role, for other users from this page.
Account Information
Click Account Information from the dropdown to manage information relating to your account as a whole. From this page you can:
- Manage Your Plan
- Update company information including:
- Company name
- Website
- Default
- LinkedIn Company ID,
- Facebook Page ID
Billing & Invoices
Click Billing & Invoices to access payment-related information. From this page you can:
- Update your credit card information
- View past Invoices
- Update your billing contact
Note that access to this page is limited to Super Admins and Account Owners.
