Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to use a Job Skin ID for my post, but don't know the ID.  Where can I get that?

NOTE:  Job Skin ID values cannot be ascertained from your CareerBuilder account's Branded Skin field.

Why do I see my job as "pending approval" on the ADVERTISE tab?

Each job you post from JazzHR to CB creates a Transaction DID. Chances are if you posted this job once, you will need to clone the position and post it again. Sometimes the job ID is too old and the data in CB needs to be refreshed.
