Setting up Google SSO

You can connect your JazzHR account and your Google account to skip the login page and automatically stay logged in by enabling Google SSO. SSO is an authentication process that allows you to access multiple applications (like JazzHR) with one set of login credentials (in this case, your Google account).

In this article, we will cover:

Setting up the Google SSO Integration

If you use Google apps, you can now integrate your JazzHR and Google apps account to create a single sign-on.

  1. Click SETTINGS. Note: Only admins and account owners have access to SETTINGS
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Connect to Google SSO.
  4. Enter in your Google apps ID. This will be everything after the @ in your email address.
  5. Click Save Credentials.

Now that the integration is set up, all users can utilize the single sign on.

Signing in if you are already logged into Google:

  1. Go to the JazzHR Login Screen
  2. Below the normal log in, click the Google 'G' logo
  3. You will be directed to a screen to select which Google account you would like to log in using (if you have more than one)
  4. Select the one that you normally use to log into your JazzHR account
  5. You will be automatically logged in

Signing in f you are not already logged into Google:

  1. Go to the JazzHR Login Screen
  2. Below the normal log in, click the Google 'G' logo
  3. You will be directed to your Google sign-in page.
  4. Sign in using your Google credentials.
  5. You will be automatically signed into your JazzHR account.

Please Note: This functionality works within your mobile device. The Google SSO needs to be set up from within JazzHR from your mobile device for this to work.
