Who can access billing information in my JazzHR account?
- JazzHR users granted Super Administrator privileges.
How do I find a copy of my invoice?
- If you are a Super Admin, click your initials in the top right of the screen.
- Click Account Information
- Scroll down to see your last 5 invoices in the system.
- If you are not a Super Admin, reach out to any Super Admin in your account or email@example.com.
How do I make changes to my account owner/billing contact?
You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update your account owner. The billing contact can be updated by clicking your initials and clicking Update Billing Information.
How do I update my credit card?
Click your initials and click Update Billing information to enter in a new credit card.
How I cancel my account?
Contact email@example.com and we can help you process your cancellation. We do require 30 days notice before any cancellation.
