How to Cancel, Upgrade, Downgrade, or Access Billing Information

You will only have access to billing information if you are a Super Administrator. 

How to upgrade/downgrade/cancel your account

Our team is here to help you with any and all billing inquiries. This includes upgrading, downgrading, cancellations, and previous invoice retrieval. How to update your credit card information

  1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of your screen
  2. Click Billing Information.
  3. Enter in your new contact/credit card information.
  4. Click Update Billing Information.

How to access previous invoices

  1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of your screen
  2. Click on Account information.
  3. Find the section labeled Invoice History.
