Paid Job Board Syndication

The more places you post your job, the better the chances that the right candidate will see and apply for it. The syndication features in JazzHR allow you to do this easily, while ensuring that all your candidates are coming into the system and allowing you to track where they're coming from.

After submitting or editing a paid job syndication, please allow 24-48 hours for the job to update on the job board(s).

Using Paid Postings

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Find the Paid Job Board you'd like to post to.
  4. Click Purchase.
  5. Mark the type of post you would like.
  6. Click the checkbox to confirm your purchase.
  7. Click Purchase Posting.
  8. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  9. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Using LinkedIn Sponsored Posting

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Enter in the email of the account you wish to post with 
  5. Mark the box to confirm that you wish to purchase a posting.
  6. Enter in the Zip code of the location for the Job.
  7. Click Purchase Posting.
  8. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  9. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

The price for the LinkedIn posting varies from zip code to zip code. You will see that if you have added the zip code to the job, the price will already be listed. If you have not added a zip code to the job, you will be prompted to add one before using this post.

Are you getting an error message when trying to post a paid position on LinkedIn? Check to make sure your LinkedIn ID is entered into your account. This is usually the issue and helps expedite the process!
1. Go to your SETTINGS 
2. Click on Account Information
3. Scroll down to the "Your Company" section
4. Input (numbers only) your LinkedIn Company ID 

 


Using Indeed.com Sponsored Posting - Pay Per Click (PPC)

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Click Purchase Credits.
  5. Select the amount you'd like to purchase.
  6. Check the box to confirm that you would like to purchase this amount.
  7. Click Purchase Credits to confirm your transaction.
  8. Your credit card on file will be charged, and your new credits will be active within the next 24 hours on this job.
  9. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Due to the technical details of integrating with Indeed, once your card is charged there is no way to issue a refund. You own these credits. Please be sure you are certain you want to buy credits prior to completing the transaction. Using Glassdoor Sponsored Posting

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Mark the box to confirm that you wish to purchase a posting.
  5. Click Purchase Posting.
  6. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  7. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Posting to Careers 2.0 by StackOverflow

When an administrator wishes to post a job to Stack Overflow Careers 2.0:

  1. Access Advertise for the job.
  2. Scroll down to the StackOverflow section.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Enter at least one tag.
    • It is required to enter at least one tag in order to post the job.
    • This is a requirement of Stack Overflow, not Jazz.
    • All other fields are optional.
    • The How to Apply link is generated automatically.
  5. Select the confirmation checkbox.
  6. Click Purchase Posting.  (Posting is a 30 day posting)
  7. The credit card that is on file for the account will be charged.
  8. The job is immediately posted to Careers 2.0.
  9. The administrator is provided with an expiration date for the post, as well as a link to view the job on Careers 2.0.

(NOTE: StackOverflow does not support "Confidential" job postings at this time)

(***NOTE: If you get an error message that says "There was an error posting your job to StackOverflow. There are no previously purchased job slots for this account." please contact support@jazzhr.com. If you are purchasing a "telecommute/remote" position, you may not have the allotted inventory on your account and JazzHR will be able to reach out to our partner contact who can add this for you.)


Using Mashable Sponsored Posting

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Mark the box to confirm that you wish to purchase a posting.
  5. Click Purchase Posting.
  6. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  7. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Using SHRM Sponsored Posting

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Mark the box to confirm that you wish to purchase a posting.
  5. Click Purchase Posting.
  6. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  7. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Using the Nexxt Network Posting

  1. Click the job you'd like to sponsor.
  2. Click Advertise.
  3. Click Purchase.
  4. Mark the box to confirm that you wish to purchase a posting.
  5. Click Purchase Posting.
  6. Your credit card on file will be charged.
  7. If you want to sponsor multiple jobs, repeat this process for each job you wish to sponsor.

Integration-Required Job Boards


Posting to Monster.com

The following inventory types are supported:

  • Local Pricing Global, Monster, 30
  • Local Pricing US, Monster, 30
  • Local Pricing Global, Monster, 60
  • Local Pricing US, Monster, 60

Setting Up the Initial Integration

  1. Call Monster at 1-866-811-2458 and request the following. Both are free:
    • Global - Custom Apply Link - Job specific
    • Real-Time Posting (RTP) username
  2. Purchase either 30- or 60-day inventory through Monster (you can always purchase more later).
    • Inventory with additional features built in to it such as "Auto Refresh" or "Bolding" is not supported.
    • If you would like to use any of these features, you should post manually through Monster.com and use the Job Link Builder to create a link for applicants to use to apply via Jazz. See more information on the Job Link Builder below.
  3. Log into your Jazz account
  4. Click Admin. Note: Only admins and account owners have access to Admin.
  5. Click Integrations.
  6. Click Connect to Monster.
  7. Enter your username and password.
  8. Click Save Credentials.

Posting to Monster

Once your integration is set up you can post any open positions to Monster via Jazz.

  1. Click Jobs.
  2. Click the name of the job you'd like to post to Monster.
  3. Click Advertise.
  4. Scroll down to the Monster integration section.
  5. Click Purchase.
  6. Select a 30- or 60-day posting.
  7. Select Job Categories, Occupations, and Industries, if desired.
  8. Click Post to Monster.
  9. As long as you have inventory, your job will post automatically

Editing a Monster Posting

If you make any edits to a job, you can refresh your Monster posting.

  1. Click Jobs.
  2. Click the job you edited.
  3. Click Advertise.
  4. Click Update Monster Listing.
  5. Your job will automatically refresh.

Posting to CareerBuilder

  1. Make sure you have purchased sufficient inventory via CareerBuilder
    • At this time, only 30-day inventory is supported.
  2. Verify your bulkposter username and password through CareerBuilder. 

Connect Your Jazz and CareerBuilder Accounts

This only needs to be done once unless log in information is updated.

  1. Click Admin. Note: Only admins and account owners have access to Admin.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Connect to CareerBuilder.
  4. Enter in your bulkposter username and password.
  5. Click Save Credentials.

Posting to CareerBuilder

  1. Click Jobs.
  2. Click the job you would like to post to CareerBuilder.
  3. Click Advertise.
  4. Select Job Category and Job Industry from the drop down menus
    • This step is optional.
    • Once the job is posted, these values cannot be changed.
  5. Click Purchase.
  6. Click Post on CareerBuilder.
    • The job will queue and be posted as CareerBuilder processes jobs.

Editing a CareerBuilder Post

  1. Click Jobs.
  2. Click the job you'd like to edit.
  3. Make the necessary edits.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Click Advertise.
  6. Click Update CareerBuilder Listing.
  7. Your job will queue just as if you were posting it for the first time.
