Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase specific inventory based on my location?

Yes! If you are a U.S. customer, you will need to purchase U.S. inventory. If you are an international customer (including Canada), you will need to purchase specific regional inventory for Canadian postings.

In my Monster account, it says that multiple candidates applied, but I don't see them in JazzHR.  Why is that?

The number of "candidates" in your Monster account only indicates the number of people that have clicked on the job posting. All candidates that have actually gone through the application process will be filtered directly into JazzHR.

I'm receiving an error when trying to post a remote position on Monster. What does this mean?

At this time Monster requires a full location to be entered in order for a job to be sponsored. If the position is a Remote/Work from Home position, you will still need to enter in a City, State, and Zip Code and then check the box next to "This is a Telecommute/Work from Home position" under the location section of the job settings.

I'm receiving an error that states "Unable to find Inventory". What does this mean?

This indicates that you either don't have any Monster job inventory or your Monster account settings are not set correctly for the solution you purchased. To ensure your job can be linked as soon as possible, be sure to reach out to Monster directly at 800-666-7837 (800-MONSTER).
