Zoom Integration (Coming Soon)

Coming Soon: This article is about an upcoming integration that hasn't been released! We'll let you know once the Zoom integration is available for all JazzHR customers in the coming weeks.


Seamlessly schedule Zoom video interviews in JazzHR for an improved remote screening experience. Follow the instructions below to connect your existing Zoom account and get started.

This article covers how to:

Install the Zoom integration

Please note that you must be a recruiting user or above (including external recruiters) in order to connect a Zoom account.

Follow these steps:

  • Click on your initials in the top right corner and then select My Profile.
  • Scroll down to the Integrations section and look for Connect with Zoom.
  • Click Connect.
    • Note: Ad-blockers may prevent you from connecting.

From the next screen:

  • Enter your Zoom account login information
  • Click Sign In

Add Zoom video conference links to an interview

  • Follow the normal steps to Schedule an Interview Session.
  • Click the dropdown menu titled Add Video Conference Links on the left-hand side of the Interview Scheduling page.
  • Select Zoom as your video conference provider.
  • Finish filling out other details and click Next.

Share Zoom video conference links with a candidate

  • Click the Open link next to the name of your candidate.
  • Toggle the Send Email button to on.
  • Choose an email template or create a personal message.
  • An agenda with Zoom video conference links for each interview event will be automatically appended to your message when it is sent.
  • Click Done Customizing.
  • Click Save Session & Send Invites.

Cancel or reschedule an interview including Zoom conference links

Users can cancel or reschedule an interview session directly in JazzHR.

To cancel:

  • Navigate to the scheduled candidate and click on the Interviews tab.
  • Scroll to the interview in question and click the drop-down menu next to the Reschedule button.
  • Select Cancel Session.
  • Click  Yes, Cancel Session to confirm.

To reschedule:

  • Navigate to the scheduled candidate and click on the Interviews tab.
  • Scroll to the interview in question and click the Reschedule button.
  • Select a new time and follow the interview scheduling flow to finalize. 
  • Please note that you will need to send a new email to the candidate in order to share updated Zoom conference links.

Uninstall the Zoom integration

From your JazzHR account:

  • Click on your initials in the top right corner and then select My Profile.
  • Scroll down to the Integrations section and look for Connect with Zoom.
  • Click Disconnect.

From your Zoom account:

  • Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the JazzHR app.
  • Click the JazzHR app.
  • Click Uninstall.
