Connect your accounts to quickly onboard hired candidates. Move any candidate into a Hired disposition in JazzHR to automatically export and him/her to Rippling.

Start the integration process by copying your API Key from JazzHR. Note that only Admins will be able to access this. To navigate there:
- Click Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Copy the string of characters in the API Key field.
Then, copy the API key into the JazzHR integration section of Rippling.
Once you've set up the integration, start moving successful candidates into Hired dispositions within JazzHR to make them appear in Rippling. Keep in mind:
- Hired dispositions are tied to Workflows.
- Only Admins can, by default, move candidates into a disposition (Hired or Not Hired).
After you've moved candidate(s) into the disposition, the candidates will automatically be exported into Rippling. You do not need to take any action. The Rippling system imports the candidates once every day at approximately 1:30am PST.
What fields are exported from JazzHR to Rippling?
- Job Title
- Employment Type
- Work Location
Why aren't all of my Hired candidates showing in Rippling?
Candidates will only show in Rippling if they've been placed into a Hired disposition after the integration is set up.
How often do candidates get exported from JazzHR to Rippling?
Rippling will query JazzHR for Hired candidates once a day at approximately 1:30am PST.
Once exported, where can I locate the candidates in Rippling?
Users can find the records within the Rippling onboarding flow.
To access the onboarding flow, the Rippling admin should log in to app.rippling.com and select Hire. The admin can then click Hire someone > Pick someone from my ATS. A list of available candidates from JazzHR will display.
