How to Use Amcheck & iSolved Integration

iSolved is a comprehensive, completely scalable HCM software for all your workforce management processes; time & attendance, HR, payroll, and benefits all in one system.

Please note: You MUST be affiliated with AmCheck in order for the integration to happen. You will need your client code from AmCheck so make sure to obtain that before you start setting up your integration from your AmCheck representative. You will also need your on-boarding template(s) and locations for the employee.

Connecting to iSolved

  1. Click Settings > Integrations
  2. Scroll down until you see iSolved and then click Connect
  3. Here you'll enter your client code and add at least one onboarding template and one employee work location to proceed
  4. Click Save Credentials
  5. You're all set!



Exporting Candidates 

To export a candidate after you've connected your account, simply click into any candidate profile, scroll down below their resume and click Export Candidate then select Export to iSolved. Make sure to select the onboarding template ID you want to export this candidate to, as well as the employee's work location.

The export sends over the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Street Address, City, State, Zipcode
  • Email
  • Phone Number

You will receive a notification in the bottom left-hand corner of JazzHR once the export is complete. 



I am getting an error when exporting a candidate to iSolved, but it looks like everything is set up correctly. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure that your "Employee work location" is reflecting a state only and not a city. iSolved only exports the candidate to a state location.
