Why doesn't my candidate have a job application?

You may notice some of your candidates have a "job application" in the profile tab and some don't. There are two reasons candidates will not have a job application.

 

  1. Candidate Applied Prior to February 25, 2017 - Any candidates who applied before February 25, 2017 will not have a job application because we did not have that feature at that time. If a candidate applied before the date above, you will only find info on the name, email address, and phone number:

  1. Manually Uploaded Candidate - Candidates that are uploaded or added to a job manually will not have a job application. If a candidate was manually uploaded, you will see this note:
